Dr. Andy Roy D.C.
Dr. Roy has always had a passion for health and wellness. He enjoys working with athletes and people of all ages trying to improve performance. He was a nationally ranked division 1 wrester for Rutgers University. Dr. Roy graduated pre-med from Rutgers University and attended Palmer Chiropractic School where he graduated magnum cum laud. He sustained many injuries in college and the medical treatment he receive led to poor outcomes. This persuaded Dr. Roy to veer off the medical path and focus on natural healing. He chose to go to chiropractic school after going through chiropractic care and seeing amazing results in maximizing his performance and minimize injury.
Dr. Roy also has a passion for nutrition and enjoys attending frequent seminars to stay up to date on cutting edge nutrition and treatments. He is certified to perform nerve conduction and electro-diagnostic tests. He continuing education is extensive in sports injuries, neurology, nutrition, and detoxification. Dr. Roys goal is to improve the quality of life of every patient and change lives.
When he is not in the office Dr. Roy enjoys working out and spending time with his wonderful wife Clara and his sons Braxton and Dalton.
Dr. Mike Verga D.C.
" Dr. Mike announced to his fellow classmates his senior year of high school that he was going to become a Chiropractor. This was the result of observing his mother successfully treated his sophomore year and he himself successfully treated by the same Chiropractor his junior year while preparing for the upcoming football season. After graduating from New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Mike founded his own office in NYC and spent over 10 years treating patients with various backgrounds and careers including those who were loyal gym members and dancers. He has spent the last 3 years serving patients in Verona and is trained in the latest techniques tailored to a clientele concerned with improving and maintaining their health and fitness. Dr. Mike lives in Cedar Grove with his wife and young son, enjoys working out and singing in rock bands and is excited to join the team at Absolute Health and Wellness."
Dr. Joanne Coolack, D.P.T.
Joanne has been a physical therapist in our office for the past 6 years. She has an extreme passion for helping people of walks of life reach their maximum potential. When she is not in the office helping people she enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and her daughter Gianna.
Dr. Rosie Strelnick, DACM, Licensed Acupuncturist
Dr Rosie Strelnick, DACM is a Nationally Certified Licensed Acupuncturist in Illinois, New York, and New Jersey and a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. After earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in East Asian Studies and Philosophy from Lawrence University, Dr. Rosie ventured to San Diego, CA to attend Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) – an institution known for its intensive acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine instruction, as well as its emphasis on integration with Western Medicine. She studied at PCOM for four years to acquire her MSTOM (Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine) and Clean Needle Technique Certificate. Dr. Rosie graduated with her DACM (Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine) from PCOM in 2016. Dr. Rosie also had a life changing opportunity to study intensively in Beijing, China at the WHO Collaborative International Acupuncture Training Center. She takes particular interest in treating psycho-emotional disorders, chemotherapy side effects, and pain management/sports medicine. In addition to work at Signature Health and Wellness, Dr Rosie is teaching at Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine
