Dr. Andy Roy D.C.
Dr. Roy has always had a passion for health and wellness. He enjoys working with athletes and people of all ages trying to improve performance. He was a nationally ranked division 1 wrestler for Rutgers University. Dr. Roy graduated pre-med from Rutgers University and attended Palmer Chiropractic School where he graduated magnum cum laud. He sustained many injuries in college and the medical treatment he receive led to poor outcomes. This persuaded Dr. Roy to veer off the medical path and focus on natural healing. He chose to go to chiropractic school after going through chiropractic care and seeing amazing results in maximizing his performance and minimize injury.
Dr. Roy also has a passion for nutrition and enjoys attending frequent seminars to stay up to date on cutting edge nutrition and treatments. He is certified to perform nerve conduction and electro-diagnostic tests. He continuing education is extensive in sports injuries, neurology, nutrition, and detoxification. Dr. Roys goal is to improve the quality of life of every patient and change lives.
When he is not in the office Dr. Roy enjoys working out and spending time with his wonderful wife Clara and his 3 young boys (Braxton, Dalton, and Ethan)
Dr. Eric Pancaro, DC
Enrolled in Life University and earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2011, after graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. His graduate work emphasized physiology and neurological anatomy, immunology, nutrition, obstetrics, pediatrics and emergency procedures and cardiovascular studies.
As an intern at Life University of Chiropractic, Dr. Pancaro worked with practicing Chiropractors to develop and fine tune his chiropractic skills. He interned under his mentor Dr. Joe Demyen in Canton, Georgia and relocated to Cedar Park, Texas to open Healthsource of Cedar Park Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab. After a year he decided to move closer to his family in New Jersey and join the practice at Signature Health & Wellness in Belleville.
Dr. Eric is a member of the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) and also a member of the New Jersey and Texas Chiropractic Association as well as board certified in each state. He devotes several weekends throughout the year to attend seminars to stay current on the latest chiropractic advances.
When not in the office he enjoys spend time with his family and his dog Yogi. Dr Eric is an avid golfer and a devoted New York Yankees, and Giants fan.
Dr Joanne Coolack D.P.T.
Joanne has been a physical therapist in our office for the past 5 years. She has an extreme passion for helping people of walks of life reach their maximum potential. When she is not in the office helping people she enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and her daughter Gianna.
Dr. Rosi Stelnick, DACM, Licensed Acupuncturist
Dr Rosie Strelnick, DACM is a Nationally Certified Licensed Acupuncturist in Illinois, New York, and New Jersey and a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. After earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in East Asian Studies and Philosophy from Lawrence University, Dr. Rosie ventured to San Diego, CA to attend Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) – an institution known for its intensive acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine instruction, as well as its emphasis on integration with Western Medicine. She studied at PCOM for four years to acquire her MSTOM (Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine) and Clean Needle Technique Certificate. Dr. Rosie graduated with her DACM (Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine) from PCOM in 2016. Dr. Rosie also had a life changing opportunity to study intensively in Beijing, China at the WHO Collaborative International Acupuncture Training Center. She takes particular interest in treating psycho-emotional disorders, chemotherapy side effects, and pain management/sports medicine. In addition to work at Signature Health and Wellness, Dr Rosie is teaching at Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine
