Dr. Andrew Roy, D.C.OwnerDr. Andy Roy has always had a passion for health and wellness. He enjoys working with athletes and people of all ages trying to improve performance. He was a nationally ranked division 1 wrestler for Rutgers University. Dr. Roy graduated pre-med from Rutgers University and attended Palmer Chiropractic School where he graduated magnum cum laud. He sustained many injuries in college and the medical treatment he receive led to poor outcomes. This persuaded Dr. Roy to veer off the medical path and focus on natural healing. He chose to go to chiropractic school after going through chiropractic care and seeing amazing results in maximizing his performance and minimize injury.
He also has a passion for nutrition and enjoys attending frequent seminars to stay up to date on cutting edge nutrition and treatments. He is certified to perform nerve conduction and electro-diagnostic tests. He continuing education is extensive in sports injuries, neurology, nutrition, and detoxification. Dr. Roys goal is to improve the quality of life of every patient and change lives.

Dr. Richard Kouefati, D.C.Chiropractor (Belleville, NJ)Dr. Richard Kouefati DC attended Fairleigh Dickinson University to pursue a Bachelor degree in Biology. In 2006, He transferred to Life University College of Chiropractic where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelors degree in Biology, as well as his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2010. Dr. Richard completed four years of study in Chiropractic practice including anatomy, physiology, X-ray analysis, Chiropractic philosophy, visceral, orthopedic, musculoskeletal and neurological diagnosis. Dr. Richard utilizes many different techniques of Chiropractic such as Full Spine, Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, SOT, Clinical Biomechanics of Posture, Flexion/Distraction and extremity adjusting.

Dr. Mike Verga, D.C.Chiropractor (Fairfield, NJ)Dr. Mike announced to his fellow classmates his senior year of high school that he was going to become a Chiropractor. This was the result of observing his mother successfully treated his sophomore year and he himself successfully treated by the same Chiropractor his junior year while preparing for the upcoming football season. After graduating from New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Mike founded his own office in NYC and spent over 10 years treating patients with various backgrounds and careers including those who were loyal gym members and dancers. He has spent the last 3 years serving patients in Verona and is trained in the latest techniques tailored to a clientele concerned with improving and maintaining their health and fitness. Dr. Mike lives in Cedar Grove with his wife and young son, enjoys working out and singing in rock bands and is excited to join the team at Signature Health and Wellness.

Jukwang Lee, L.Ac.Acupuncturist (Belleville, NJ)Jukwang (Jay) is a licensed acupuncturist accredited by the New Jersey Acupuncture Examining Board and certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He earned his Master of Science in Acupuncture from the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science in radiologic technology concentration from SUNY Stony Brook. In addition, he is a licensed radiologic technologist and a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Jay also served in the U.S. Air Force.
With extensive experience in diverse medical settings—including the VA Hospital and various private practices—Jay has treated a wide range of conditions. Larissa Semenoff, L.Ac.Acupuncturist (South Plainfield, NJ)Larissa Semenoff, RN L.Ac, is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Acupuncturist, specializing in the treatment of pain and dis-ease and its transition to wellness. She encompasses both the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the depths of the Western School of Medicine to create personalized care treatments that revolve around an individual’s unique health concerns. She recognizes that each person’s well-being is distinct and she incorporates the client’s lifestyle, health condition, and preferences to devise effective strategies.
Larissa also strongly believes in integrative medicines and works closely with chiropractors and physical and occupational therapists to comprehensively treat and eliminate pain and dysfunction. Larissa is board certified in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and studied in China.

Dr. Joanne Harle, DPTPhysical TherapistDr. Harle graduated from the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree of Physical Therapy and earned her transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from University of Montana.
Dr. Harle has over 25 years of experience treating patients of all ages. She has experience in Acute, Subacute, Long Term, Home Care and Outpatient settings.
Dr. Harle gained extensive experience treating neurologic, orthopedic, sports medicine and post surgical cases. She has a valuable manual and treatment approach.
Dr. Harle has taken a large number of CE courses in many areas to expand her skills and to continue to learn new techniques. She is always looking at the most up to date research to refine her skills and help her patients.

Lisa David, PTAPhysical Therapy Assistant (Belleville, NJ)Lisa 'Izzie' David is a Physical Therapy Assistant who graduated at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. While she has only joined our team in March 2021, she has proved to demonstrate passion in her work, adaptability and dedication to health and wellness. Her knowledge extends but is not limited to: posture analysis and anatomy, recommending proper rehab exercises and mobility, trigger point therapy, active myofascial release therapy, joint mobilizations, and much more!

Christopher Birchler, PTAPhysical Therapy Assistant (Fairfield, NJ)Chris Birchler is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who received his associates in applied science from the Essex County College PTA program in 2022 and then went on to complete the Therapeutic Massage and Training Center LMT program in 2023. Chris specializes in hands-on manual therapy within the outpatient orthopedic setting while also being well versed in therapeutic exercise and patient education. He brings a strong understanding of the human anatomy to the clinic and is proficient at evaluating patient's musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
Chris is a former professional mixed martial arts athlete who competed in 14 fights including 11 professional contests. He has competed extensively in Division 1 wrestling, MMA, and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Throughout the years of competing Chris sustained many injuries that he learned to self treat and rehabilitate in order to get back to training as quickly as possible. He takes this knowledge and experience and applies it to the clinical setting where he can relate to the many injuries and dysfunctions of his patients to help them on their road to recovery and optimal well being.
In his spare time Chris enjoys working out, training in martial arts, spending time in nature, watching movies & shows, reading, and playing board games with family and friends. He is currently completing prerequisite courses working towards his Doctor of Physical Therapy License.

Jan J. Sanchez, OTROccupational TherapistJan Sanchez has been an occupational therapy practitioner since 2014. He received his associate in applied science in OT from Rockland Community College in 2013, and his master’s degree in OT from University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2017. He has worked in various settings including in skilled nursing facilities, home health care, special education school setting, adults with developmental disabilities, and in wellness clinics.
Whether its helping children with disabilities to participate fully in school and social situations, helping people recovering from injury to regain skills, or providing supports for older adults experiencing physical and cognitive changes, occupational therapy practitioners have a holistic perspective, in which the focus is on adapting the environment to fit the person, and the person is an integral part of the therapy team.
